The Oslo Road location of STEPANEKS AUTO SALES is the best in over 2 counties!!! Ricardo in sales is AWESOME!!! When I entered the lot I wasn't greeted by a "pushy" sales man, but by someone who was full of info and VERY GREAT SUGGESTIONS! He listened to what I needed and what my budget was and stayed within those guidelines. The Oslo Road location made me feel right at home. Yes, I had known John Stepanek from going to school with him, many years ago, but the service I received was as if that was yesterday! Lol I would like to suggest to anyone who is interested in buying a car to go to Stepaniks on Olso Road because they treat you as if you are Family. Ricardo is an asset to this business!!! I purchased a nice, clean car from the dealership in Melbourne. There was a problem with the car. I was towed to the dealership at night. They pleasantly and professionally realized the vehicle was in need of a new gas pump. My car was ready for me the very next early afternoon. They installed it free of charge since the problem was quickly reported to them. Not even a labor charge. They have certainly exceeded my expectations and I am satisfied with my car and will definitely recommend them.
